Jim Hall

Bio

Professor Jim Hall FREng is Director of the Environmental Change Institute and Professor of Climate and Environmental Risks at Oxford University.

His research focuses on management of climate-related risks in infrastructure systems, in particular relating to flooding, coastal erosion and water scarcity. He has led several influential research programmes on integrated interdisciplinary systems modelling and assessment. Professor Hall is a member of the Adaptation Sub-Committee of the independent Committee on Climate Change.
